Door leaves are held in place to prevent wobble or sway. High quality rollers and bearing surfaces will provide years of maintenance-free service and consistent high performance.

Specification options
• A single door leaf (e.g. a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom door)
• Two doors (e.g. as lounge/dining room dividers).
• All kits include timber door lining and for single kits bubble seals to the closing jamb

Door widths & weights
Kits are suitable for doors up to 50kg and 40mm thick
Kits are pre cut and assembled to suit specific UK door sizes:
• Imperial kits suit doors 1981mm high and 686/762/838/914mm wide
• Metric kits suit doors 2040mm high and 626/726/826/926mm wide

Wall opening widths and heights
All kits require a hole (goalpost) in the stud/wall to accommodate the kit and door

For Single door kits
• The structural height (H) is the height of the door panel plus 91mm (H = Hp+91mm)
• The structural width (W) is the twice the width of the door panel plus 29mm (W = 2Wp+29mm)

For Double door kits
• The structural height (H) is the height of the door panel plus 91mm (H = Hp+91mm)
• The structural width (W) is the four times the width of the door panel plus 5mm (W = 4Wp+5mm)
